Long known for having some of the best food around, WYCC Head Chef Jonathan Schatz has upped the culinary ante with his savory weekly specials (see the Calendar). Chef Schatz, a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Johnson & Wales University, is well known around the area and was formerly Chef and General Manager at Atlantic Grille in Greenville.
